Sorrento, a quiet, convenient home base, provides nearly maintenance free yard service. All common areas are maintained by a landscaping company paid through monthly dues, and there is an option to have personal yards taken care of by the same landscaping service for a small monthly fee. If you prefer to do your own yard work and maintain lawn, flowers, shrubs and potted plants, the private area for each unit is small enough that maintenance is a joy rather than a burden.
