Ground was first broken for construction of Sorrento in 1995, and the units were built in stages through 1998.

Nestled at the west end of 67th Avenue SE in Lacey, Washington, is a gated, condominium community of 60 spacious duplex units.

The spacious two-story units range from 1650 to 1864 square feet with two or three bedrooms, and feature ground floor master bedroom, fireplace, double garage, and private yard. Tile roofs, beautiful grounds, and a lovely entry fountain add to a quiet Italian ambiance.

Bus stops along Yelm Highway are within a half mile walk of Sorrento. Horizon Elementary School is only three blocks east of Sorrento along 67th Avenue, and Providence Family medical clinic is about 1.5 miles north on College Street.

For those who enjoy golf, Sorrento is conveniently located minutes from Capital City and Indian Summer golf courses.

Sorrento is an all-ages, self-managed community. Because it is owned, operated, governed, and managed by volunteer members of the community, Sorrento benefits substantially from active volunteer participation by its members on many different levels for its operation, in addition to the monthly assessment owners pay.
